Help us expand across the U.S. by referring a local comic store to sell ComicCapsules. If your referral is successful, you'll receive 10 ComicCapsules of your choice as a thank-you!
All the store needs to do is sign up through our 'Become a Dealer Form' and include your name and email (at the bottom of the form!). Once the local comic store is officially one of our dealers, we’ll reach out to you via email!

Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- The ComicCapsule Referral Giveaway is open to individuals who refer a local comic store to sell ComicCapsules. To be eligible, the referred comic store must sign up using the “Become A Dealer Form” on our website and include the referrer’s name and email address at the bottom of the form.
- Each local comic store is eligible for one successful referral only.
- The referrer must be at least 18 years old at the time of referral.
- Referral Process:
- To participate, the referred local comic store must complete the “Become A Dealer” form and enter the referrer's full name and email address in the designated referral section.
- Upon receiving a succesful referral, ComicCapsule will contact the referrer (the person who referred) via email to confirm mailing address details and choice of ComicCapsules as the reward.
- Reward:
- A successful referral will entitle the referrer to 10 Modern or 10 Silver Age Size ComicCapsules as the reward. The variant (clear or black) and size of the ComicCapsules will be given based on referrer's choice and will be sent by BoardBoys LLC to referrer.
- A referral is considered successful only when the referred comic store completes the “Become A Dealer” form and is accepted as an official ComicCapsule dealer by making their first wholesale purchase within 30 days of form submission.
- Each referral is limited to one reward per entity.
- Only the name and email address provided on the form by the referred entity will be eligible to receive the reward
- The reward is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Program Duration:
- This referral giveaway program is active from the date of this announcement until December 31, 2024. Referrals submitted after this date will not be eligible for the reward.
- Limitations:
- Each comic store can only be referred once. The first successful referral submission with correct details will be eligible for the reward.
- Referrals cannot be submitted for stores that are already official ComicCapsule dealers.
- Changes to Terms:
- ComicCapsule reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral giveaway at any time, including changes to the reward and eligibility criteria, without prior notice.
- Contact Information:
- By participating in this giveaway, referrers agree to be contacted by ComicCapsule regarding their referral via email.
- Miscellaneous:
- Any disputes arising from this referral giveaway will be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any decision made by ComicCapsule, which shall be final and binding.
