1. What is ComicCapsule?
ComicCapsule is a comic book protector that delivers nerd-forged protection for safeguarding your comic collection. Its patent-pending design surpasses the capabilities of traditional toploaders with the features of a full-encapsulation, UV-protection, effortless access via a lip-hinged design, stackable, dedicated label area and a wall-mountable self-centering back hanger to showcase your comics.
2. What size/type of comics can fit into the ComicCapsule?
Modern Size ComicCapsule can fit a Modern comic (6.75” board and 6 7/8” bag and the standard 32 pages) and Silver comics standalone (without bag and board).
Silver Age Size ComicCapsule can fit a Silver Age comic (7" board and a 7 1/4" bag, and the standard 32-page comic book) and standard Mylites 2 7 1/4" bag
Modern Size ComicCapes can fit into both ComicCapsule sizes, whereas Silver Age Size ComicCapes can only fit into Silver Age Size ComicCapsules

3. Is ComicCapsule UV-Resistant?
Yes, Comic Capsules are made with a UV-resistant polycarbonate shell on the front and polypropylene on the back. The front blocks 100% of UV and the rear blocks 98%. We tested UV at 395nm wavelength at 60uW/cm^2.
4. What are the dimensions of the ComicCapsule?

5. What is the difference between the Clear ComicCapsule and the colored ones?
The clear ComicCapsules have a visible back (slightly opaque), great for wraparound covers! The colored capsules (black, red, blue, etc.) have a solid back that's not visible—designed to enhance the aesthetic appearance/display of your comics! All ComicCapsules are 100% UV-resistant on the front and have the same sturdiness, flip-top hinge, and wall-mount hook on the back
6. Can ComicCapsules fit into short boxes?
Yes, ComicCapsules can fit into the regular BCW short boxes, however, please double check the dimension guide of the capsule below to ensure the right fit:

7. Does my comic book have to be bagged & board or can I insert it raw?
The ComicCapsule was designed to have a nice snug fit when you insert your modern comic with the bag and board for that extra layer of protection. Either way is possible. For Silver comics however, it has to be on its own; without the bag and board.
8. Does every order come with the label stickers?
No, label stickers will not be provided.
9. Where do I get the label stickers?
ComicCapsule is compatible with self-adhesive label sizes available for purchase at onlinelabels.com or sheetlabels.com designed in the following three specific dimensions:
- SL832: 3.375 x 0.5 in
- SL661 4.5 x 0.5 in
- OL2510: 5 x 0.5 in

11. If my ComicCapsules were damaged upon delivery, what shall I do?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please drop us an email at support@comiccapsule.com along with your Order Number and picture of the damaged product. We will assist you accordingly.
12. What is ComicCapsule's return policy?
ComicCapsule has a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our designated address. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
13. How long does it take to process a return?
Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive the merchandise, excluding shipping costs. Once we have inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
14. Does ComicCapsule offer exchanges?
Currently, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
15. Does ComicCapsule ship internationally?
As of 01/01/2024, international shipping is not available. We only offer shipping services for customers within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

18. What are the shipping methods and carriers used by ComicCapsule?
We offer a variety of shipping methods via our trusted carriers, such as USPS and UPS, to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders. The available carriers and shipping methods may vary depending on your location. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
19. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your package.
20. What is ComicCapsule's policy on lost or damaged items during shipping?
ComicCapsule, makers of the ComicCapsule, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

22. What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns will be processed 1-3 business days after receipt of merchandise minus shipping costs.
