    Terms & Conditions

    1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Employees of BoardBoys LLC and WHAM! Stand, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
    2. How to Participate:
      • Make a single purchase of $150 or more on eligible products between January 1 - January 15, 23:59 EST on www.comiccapsule.com
      • The first 15 qualifying purchases will be eligible for the giveaway.
      • Limited to one set of goodies per customer
    3. Notification: Winners will be contacted via email after the contest ends to confirm their participation. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, their spot will be forfeited.
    4. Prize Delivery:
      • Giveaway items will be mailed to recipients between January 20 - January 31, 2025.
      • Recipients will be contacted via email to confirm delivery details.
    5. Custom WHAMblem: Recipients will receive a QR code to create a Custom WHAMblem on the WHAM! Stand website. Designs must adhere to WHAM! Stand's guidelines.
    6. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
    7. Shipping: Giveaway items will be shipped with the qualifying order. Additional shipping costs may apply for international orders.
    8. Disqualification: BoardBoys LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
    9. Changes to Giveaway: BoardBoys LLC reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
